Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Who we are

Dailix is a developer productivity tool operated from Australia. Website: dailix.dev. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the service does

Dailix is a read-only GitHub summarisation tool. It receives webhook events from your repositories, groups and prioritises them, and sends you a daily email digest. Dailix does not take any action on your repositories, pull requests, CI pipelines, or any other system. It only reads and summarises.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid GitHub account to use Dailix. By connecting a repository, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Your data

By connecting GitHub, you authorise Dailix to receive webhook events from your repositories and process them to generate your daily digest. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

Dailix is provided on a best-effort basis. No uptime guarantee or SLA is made. Digests may be delayed, missed, or contain inaccuracies due to outages, third-party failures, or processing errors. We are not liable for missed or incorrect summaries.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Dailix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service - including but not limited to incorrect summaries, missed alerts, missed deployments, or data loss. Your use of Dailix is entirely at your own risk.

7. International users

Dailix is operated from Australia and complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. The service is accessible worldwide. If you are located in the European Union, your data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.

8. Termination

You can stop using Dailix at any time by revoking the GitHub OAuth app via GitHub Settings - Applications - Authorized OAuth Apps. You may also contact us to request full deletion of your stored data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dailix after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of Dailix are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
